$77,000 Base Salary plus bonuses
Are you willing to put in 2 years of hard work to completely set yourself up in a rewarding long term career? Would you like the freedom of choosing your working hours, not being tied to a desk or watching the clock? Are you eager to learn and improve? Then a career under Australia's leading real estate system may be for you. You must have high personal standards of integrity and dedication. Once you undergo the comprehensive training provided to you, and pass a series of tests, if you follow the actions outlined to you, the quarterly bonus structure should see you earning in excess of $100,000 in your first 12 months. While the hard yards will need to be put in during the early days, effective time management skills that will be taught to you will see you being able to do this working 5 days a week. REAL ESTATE HOME FINDER
$38,000 - $55,000 + Bonuses
The position we offer has one sole purpose: to create sales that are directly linked to the actions of our HomeFINDER. This is a role in which you will be required to prospect daily for new business for our company.
